Tiger Paws are a school-wide incentive program to motivate and reward students for individual actions or positive behaviors. Students bring the Tiger Paw card to the front office and place it in the correct grade level box located outside Mrs. Nelle’s office. The student then chooses a reward from the Tiger Paw box.

Each student has a printed “On the Ball” card in the classroom. As they achieve their goals, complete assignments, or demonstrate positive behavior, students fill in the boxes with teacher’s permission. When the card is filled, students bring it to the front office and receive a bouncy ball and sign their name on the “On the Ball Wall.”
