CES Morning Arrival
Doors will open for PreK students at 7:20 a.m.
For K, 1, & 2 students, the doors will open at 7:30am.
For K, 1, & 2 students, the doors will open at 7:30am.
Early bird arrivals will not be allowed. Parents will be allowed to park and walk students to classrooms the first two days of school. After the first two days, students will be dropped off at their morning location and will be assisted to the classroom by CES staff.
PreK school day is 7:20 a.m. - 3:20 p.m.
PreK Cars should loop through the Eddie Moore Parking Lot if arriving before 7:20. Please keep the entrance clear for buses that may have to enter on that side.
PreK students will enter the doorway on the NE side of the building (side closest to Eddie Moore Park).
ALL K, 1st & 2nd Grade cars - please enter in the driveway closest to the gym, the culvert near the front of the school is reserved for exits and bus entry.
Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd grade school day is 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Kindergarten & 2nd grade students will enter the doorway on the SW side of the building (closest to the gymnasium).
Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd grade school day is 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Kindergarten & 2nd grade students will enter the doorway on the SW side of the building (closest to the gymnasium).
1st grade students will enter the doorway on the SW side of the building (closest to the front office but on the side).
ONLY bus students will enter the building through the front doors.
Kindergarten, First, and Second grade parents while on FM 3218, parents must stay in the turning lane to turn into CES parking lot. We do not want parents driving against traffic nor the outside lane to enter CES parking lot. This is to prevent any traffic accidents.

IF YOU ARE DROPPING OFF STUDENT IN THE FRONT, PAST 7:45 AM AND BEFORE 8:00 AM YOU MUST PARK IN A PARKING SPACE, OUT OF THE BUS LANE.
All students will enter and go to classroom areas.
CES Afternoon Dismissal:
PreK students will dismiss at 3:20 pm from the same doorway they entered during the morning arrival. Parents will be directed over to the dismissal lane after the PreK/Headstart bus has been loaded.
Kindergarten students will dismiss after PreK at PreK doorway/PreK side of the building (side closest to Eddie Moore Park) at 3:30pm. Parents will be directed over to the dismissal lane after PreK dismissal has been completed.
First grade students will dismiss at 3:30 pm from the same door they entered during the morning arrival.
Second grade students will dismiss at 3:30 pm from the same door they entered during the morning arrival.
Bus students ONLY will exit the building through the front doors.
Parents will not be allowed to park and walk up to the sides of the building to pick up any student(s). The CES office will be closed from 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. So that all staff can assist with ensuring all students are delivered safely to dismissal locations. Any student needing to be picked up early from school will need to be picked up before 3:00 p.m.
